PURSUING HIS CALL ALWAYS

Plaza Heights Christian Academy

At Plaza Heights Christian Academy , we believe in the importance of instilling biblical values and principles in our students. Our dedicated faculty integrates faith into every aspect of our curriculum, helping students develop a strong moral compass that will guide them throughout their lives.

We are committed to providing a rigorous academic program that challenges and inspires our students to reach their full potential. With a focus on critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity, we prepare our students for success in college and beyond.

Our caring and experienced teachers are passionate about education and dedicated to the success of each student. They create a supportive learning environment where students feel valued, encouraged, and motivated to excel academically and personally.

With small class sizes, we ensure that each student receives individual attention and personalized instruction. This allows our teachers to tailor their teaching methods to meet the unique needs of every student, fostering a collaborative and engaging learning experience.

At Plaza Heights Christian Academy, we understand that each student has unique talents and aspirations. Our comprehensive educational program equips students with the knowledge, skills, and character necessary to succeed in whatever path they choose after graduation.

Middle School

At PHCA, we understand that the middle school years are incredibly formative in many ways.  Our faculty and staff strive to help these students find their identity in Christ as they mature socially, academically, and spiritually.  Our middle school classes are designed with a biblical worldview in mind as well as to prepare students for high school.  Middle school students are also offered a variety of extracurricular opportunities including Bible studies, fine arts, and athletics.

High School

PHCA works to prepare high school students for the next phase of their lives whether it be employment or enrollment in post-secondary education.  Students are encouraged to grow into the men and women God created them to be as well as to learn how their faith applies to their interests and the challenges they may face as they leave PHCA.  Not only are our high school courses rigorous and challenging, they are filtered through a Biblical worldview as well.

Students have opportunities outside of the traditional classroom to explore their skills and career opportunities through CTC and Summit Tech; students may also choose to participate in the A+ program, or to take dual credit classes through our partnership with Evangel University.  A variety of extracurricular activities including athletics, fine arts, and Bible studies are available as well.

We believe part of cultivating a Biblical worldview includes serving others in both our school and community. Students in 9th – 12th grades are required to complete 15 hours of community service each year, resulting in a total of 60 hours of community service throughout their high school career.
